Since joining Baird in 2014, Katy O'Bryan has built her career around supporting associates, strengthening branch operations, and helping preserve the culture that sets Baird apart. As Branch Administrative Supervisor, she partners closely with Branch Manager Mike Shea to support leadership initiatives, operational excellence, and the continued growth and development of associates across multiple Tennessee offices.
Katy believes that strong relationships, clear communication, and a genuine commitment to people are essential to creating a successful workplace. She is passionate about helping associates succeed, developing future leaders, and ensuring Baird's values and client-first philosophy remain at the center of everything the branch does.
A native of Powder Springs, Georgia, Katy moved to Murfreesboro in 2007. She attended Georgia Southern University and is committed to lifelong learning and professional growth. She is a Wealth Management Certified Professional and holds the Series 7 and Series 66 licenses.
When she's not at work, Katy enjoys spending time with her son, Nash, traveling, attending concerts, and making memories with family and friends.
