Mike Shea is the Branch Manager of Baird's Murfreesboro, Franklin, and Clarksville offices, where he provides strategic leadership and guidance to advisors and associates while helping cultivate the culture and values that make Baird unique. A Director and Financial Advisor with more than 35 years of industry experience, Mike is committed to developing people, strengthening teams, and creating an exceptional experience for both clients and associates.
Known for his approachable leadership style and dedication to mentoring others, Mike believes that strong relationships, integrity, and collaboration are the foundation of long-term success. He takes pride in helping associates reach their full potential while ensuring the branches remain a place where people feel valued, supported, and connected to Baird's client-first philosophy.
Mike earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Middle Tennessee State University and holds the Accredited Asset Management Specialist (AAMS®) and Accredited Wealth Management Advisor (AWMA®) designations.
Outside of work, Mike enjoys being active in the Murfreesboro community and spending time with his wife, Tabatha, their sons, Connor and Brennan, daughters-in-law, Megan and Caroline, and granddaughters, Blakely and Charlie.
